A well established accounting firm in Hilton is seeking a young motivated and driven female Junior Bookkeeper and Admin Assistant to join their team. Duties include monitoring daily Bank Accounts and cash flow requirements; Assisting with checking the Cash/Bank payments and coding of entries to their correct allocations; Reconciliations for all Current Accounts; filing; coordination of fixed assets procurements where applicable.
Job experience and Skills Required:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting
Experience in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft office
Strong command of English and communication skills essential.
Motivated, independent and driven personality
Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment
Working Knowledge of Pastel/Sage
Own transport is essential

MINIMUM ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS:
· Candidates should have completed their commerce degree
· Completed SAICA training contract
· Qualified or studying towards CA SA qualification would be an advantage.
PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE :
· Client consultation
· Managing an audit team
· Planning and management of staff
· Performance of audits
· Performance of independent reviews
· Preparation and review of annual financial statements in line with reporting standards
· Preparation and review of taxation computations
