Trial Balance recons
Review Stock, Salaries & wages Month End Packs & relevant journals
Maintain Asset Register
Month End journals
Balance Sheet recons
Supporting spreadsheet (if required)
Preparing financial reports for Month End Pack
Maintain bookkeeping records / filing either hard copies or electronic
Assist with Year End preparation of Audit file
Year End journals as per Auditors instructions
* PAYROLL
*SARS e-Filing submissions: VAT, PAYE / SDL / UIF
OR
Work closely with TAX Practitioner in setting up day to day bookkeeping to best assist in providing necessary information
