-Reconciling all transactions in Xero, passing all required manual journals in Xero or Sage Pastel

- Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register in Xero or Sage Pastel, reviewing the balance sheet and profit or loss

- Capture supplier bills and push them through to Xero, creating a monthly management pack to send to the client

- Prepare the year-end final trial balance & reconcile it to the general ledger

- Prepare Payslips & Payroll reports using a payroll system

- Payroll reconciliations from the payroll system to the Xero

- Compile the final draft of annual financial statement

- Compute and file the tax returns (EMP201, EMP501, VAT201, ITR14, ITR12, IRP6, etc)

- Income tax registration for Individuals & Companies

- Undertake company registrations, company / director amendments with CIPC

- Ad hoc client requests concerning compliance matters with SARS, COIDA, UIF, CIDB, NHBRC, CSD, etc
