Administrative Assistant
Reason for Reporting
A small independent assurance brokerage situated in Brackenfell South is looking for an administrative assistant to commence employment as soon as possible.
This is a contract position that might change in a permanent position in future.
The requirements are as follows:
1. Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
2. Good working knowledge of MS Office; Excel in particular
3. Good telephonic and reception skills
4. Ability to work under pressure and accurately to meet deadlines
5. Ability to read, understand and correctly interpreted client and service provider needs and requirements.
6. Non-smoker (cigarettes and vaping)
7. Absolute trustworthy
The brokerage operates as a homebased business. To ensure a healthy work and office environment for staff and visiting clients, the office and associated premises are a designated non-smoking area.
The remuneration offered is R7,000 pm and normal working hours will be applicable.
