panel or SIP making machine, yes with my experience and info the new owner sure
can start building their very own panels. Ideally you also will only make panels
to your spec and only for your project spaces. So turn raw material into walls,
Roof and even floors and then build a complete structure with them from tiny
home to full size home if you wish. Or if you want competition make and supply
panels to trade. This is not a auto high volume machine, but you sure can make
plenty panels in a short time as per project. So if you would like to learn how
to make these and build almost anything that needs a wall or floor or roof using
a panel that you can't buy anywhere else and custom made panels with exterior
or interior material of your design choice this machine sure has options. I can’t
operate it on my own anymore hence it collecting dust in my workshop. Ideally
need 2 people but can do most on own once panels made. Suit a handy man type skills
person as you can build a full move in ready place all on your own. Suit
someone who has extra money to buy required power tools unless you already have
them and some material for first unit plus marketing and branding as this will
be a fresh start up. Custom farm built machine that can make max 1.2m wide by up
to 3,6M long panels and your own brackets and others etc all made from local
materials. Machine uses 220V but probably can run on a small generator if
needed. I have personally built with this plus improved some things since when
I bought the machine and how the previous owner built panels. Ready to
start once you get the big panel machine relocate to your home or premises
and your first batch of raw materials arrive and you ready to go. Regret not entertaining
“more pics” as only tell the full process and set machine up once a deals done.
Need basic measuring twice cut once and basic
power tool use skills. Electrical, plumbing and cabinet making etc are all
bonus as less to source out, especially if building complete move in ready
units. Viewing Waterfall KZN machine fits on double axle car trailer or 4
ton flat bed truck. Machine can be squeezed into single garage in compact form
or ideally double or 4 car garage space. Not ideal for outdoor use. Pic last unit I built. On sale for silly low price. Quick run over how it works and be able to take a few calls. This system makes mainly fibre cement panels but since you making them you can use any exterior surface and interior surface to suit your needs. You can also make steel or chromadeck panels but for those you can buy them ready made. But limited to having to make them work for your design vs make your panel to suit your design. Great add on for someone making steel panel structures. You could even use this machine to make signage boards, shop fitting kitchen units or doors. ON Super SPECIAL ***If you are able to make them with basic training and have common power tools this would be a deal even if you only build yourself one place.
