Looking for a reservations consultant for our busy reservations office based in Bellville. Your daily duties will include, but is not limited to, corresponding with operators, agents and direct guests via email and phone. We also have a lot of online bookings on a daily basis. You will be responsible for processing bookings, arranging payment thereof, following up on waitlists, allotments and booking grid responsibilities. You will receive full training but experience with Innkeeper, Nightsbridge, Siteminder and booking engines such as Booking.com, Expedia, Safarinow etc will be advantageous. You must be punctual, work well under pressure, be a teamplayer and work very accurately. Starting salary is R8600 and probation period is 6 months.
