Butchery Manager to lead our esteemed butchery department. As a Butchery
Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the department's
operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer
service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all day-to-day operational details of the butchery
department.
Utilize minimum 10 years of experience in butchery,
including managing department operations.
Proficiently work with and cut all meat species (beef, pork,
lamb, chicken).
Produce sausage and minced products.
Run the department efficiently, managing gross profit and
selling prices of all products.
Coordinate with suppliers, place orders, and manage stock
through weekly and monthly stock takes.
Provide regular sales and profit feedback directly to the

Requirements:
