Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
Schedule and manage staff shifts, ensuring
adequate coverage.Foster a positive and collaborative team
environment.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide
constructive feedback.
Implement training programs to enhance staff
skills and knowledge.
Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
through attentive service.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and

Monitor and maintain a welcoming and comfortable
atmosphere.
Train staff to uphold customer service
standards.Quality control checks
Operations Management:

Proven experience as a manager in the food and beverage
industry or similar role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory
management software.
Understanding of food, health and safety regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and
weekends.
