our bustling restaurant's production team as a Production Warehouse Assistant,
where the quality of our dishes begins with the meticulous management and
preparation of ingredients in our warehouse. This role is crucial for
maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen, involving not just assisting
with sauce production and fish preparation but also the handling of heavy pots
and large shipments of tuna, salmon, and prawns.
Responsibilities:

Assist
in the production of sauces, including the handling and cleaning of heavy pots.

Cut
and process large quantities of fish (tuna, salmon, and prawns), ensuring high
standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Conduct
heavy lifting of warehouse materials, including large shipments of fish and
bulk ingredients.

Stand
for extended periods while managing and organizing ingredients in a fast-paced
environment.

Maintain
cleanliness and organization in the warehouse area, adhering to health and
safety standards.
Requirements:
· Previous
experience in a warehouse or kitchen environment preferred.

Physical
ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
·
Strong
attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
·
Basic
understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety practices.
·
Ability
to work well in a team and communicate effectively with kitchen and warehouse
