Sales Supervisor/Administrator (Seshego, Polokwane)
R3000 + Commission (of up to R1250) + R550 monthly petrol
for work related travels
Roles and Responsibilities:
·
Recruitment of new sales agents (VUMA agents) –
Essential.
·
Sales reporting (Weekly).
·
Motivation of staff to ensure staff loyalty
(Employee Retention).
·
3X daily government RFQ application.
·
Help set-up Gazebos daily in Seshego, Polokwane.
·
Salaries to be paid on the 1st of
every month, later in the day.
·
Supervisor to get R25 per sales for every paid
sale made by your team member.
·
Daily reporting on whereabouts.
·
Work hours:
1.
Monday to Friday
- 09:00 to 17:00
2.
Saturday – 09:00 to 15:00 – 2 Saturdays a month
·
Candidate to start work from 1 April 2024
Requirements:
·
Must be South African
·
Grade 12 (Not Negotiable, Essential)
·
Must have own vehicle, Cell-phone, laptop and
own data
·
Candidate must be based in Seshego (Not
