YOU ONLY PAY FOR YOUR FOOD, TOILETRIES, ELECTRIC HEATER COSTS (IF YOU HAVE ONE) & THE FIREWOOD YOU USE. The living spaces of the house were renovated a few years ago and the house has most modern conveniences. A closed fireplace for effective winter heating, washing machine and tumble dryer, gas stove & electric oven, side by side fridge freezer, espresso machine, juicer, toaster, microwave, air fryer and most common appliances. The kitchen is extensively equipped with pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.There is an unlimited data fast fibre internet connection (75Mbps+ Octotel Pure Fibre), TV, Apple TV and a Hifi.The house has one bathroom, a sizeable back garden, outdoor shower and is equipped with an alarm system, armed response and burglar bars. The street is well lit and safe & I have had no car break-ins (on street parking only) in the 22 years I have lived here.There is a deli, a corner café & a MyCiti bus stop half a block away and there are several restaurants & shops in walking distance.You would be sharing the house with me, an architect, my 2 dogs Loki & Suki and my cat Bushky. GETTING ON WITH THE VERY FRIENDLY DOGS WOULD BE AN IMPORTANT FACTOR FOR ME! I would prefer a woman, as my small dog bonds better with femmes, but its not a requirement.
