The carrying capacity is 1:36 LSU and can comfortably carry livestock like cattle, sheep, angoras, and goats, and it is also ideal for game farming. Several Kudus and 40 springbok roam the farm. A 6-hectare section is planted with ‘Wonderful’ pomegranates and is irrigated by sprinklers. A borehole with a capacity of 20,000 l/hour supply adequate water for irrigation. Another borehole supplies water for household purposes as well as the lush garden. There is a spacious 4-bedroom homestead with swimming pool. All the buildings are in good repair.
