Our client within the logistics industry, seeks to appoint a Microdot Supervisor to join their team based in Camperdown. Job Duties • Supervising Microdot fitments across all OEM’s • Stock Management of Microdot cans, stocktaking and returning used cans • Ensure fitment data is uploaded accurately and timeously • Manage fitment exceptions and queries • Ensure vehicles are processed in accordance to SOP • Placing orders and tracking to ensure stock is received timeously • Keeping track of berthing schedule and shunt plan for planning purposes • Resource planning • Staff training • Quality control of completed fitments • Liaise with Account executives to ensure manifests are received timeously • Liaise with suppliers • Ensure contractors are booked timeously and complete fitments within the set time frames in line with SOP • Adherence to PPE requirements and OHS rules • Other ad hoc fitments when required Job Requirements • Grade 12 or N3 • Code 8 Drivers license accepted • Minimum 3 years driving experience • High quality standards • High safety standards • Storage yard experience and knowledge of Storage yard • SOP’s will be an advantage • Knowledge on scanners, and VTS system advantageous • Microdot certification would be beneficial • Must Be available to work shifts and extended hours including weekends • Must have own reliable transport

Dispatch Clerk Kokstad Depot
The primary function of a dispatch clerk is to ensure accurate stock and crate movement from production to the despatching of trucks and return logistics.
To ensure that all paperwork and other transactional duties are completed accurately, timeously, and efficiently.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB:
Education
Grade 12, Matric pass rate with a maths pass rate above 60%
Skills
Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
Good numeracy
Good computer literacy – especially Excel and e-mail
Experience
Previous experience in a dispatch department
FMCG experience is advantageous
Experience in dealing with customers is advantageous
Experience working with JDE advantageous
