3. Audit and Compliance
•Assist Manager and investigate issues raised during Audit and Compliance monitoring•Ensure correct information is provided to the Manager to respond•Assist to implement recommendations from Audit and Compliance and ensure team members are notified of the implementations4.Supervise debarment processes and procedures (TCF)•Assist with debarment and suspension of an agent/ broker when found guilty•Oversee removal of debarred representatives from in-house systems5.Co-ordinate supervision processes•Oversee supervision of newly and existing appointed representatives•Oversee the monthly and quarterly supervision reports•Ensure that team members tick off incoming supervision documents and manage continuous updates on supervision records•Ensure reminders are send to the Sales team to submit supervision records
