Fluently in Xhosa
and English
Afrikaans and or
other official languages will be advantageous
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interpreting of
any procedure conducted by SEESA representatives at premises of SEESA clients
or any venue determined;
Any other tasks which relate to SEESA’s
services and the specific post
A gross monthly salary of R
6 069.00 is offered to the successful applicant.
The successful candidate will be informed of the
starting date as soon as possible.

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS Maintain oversight of all TSE first line discipline (charge sheets, warnings, notices, etc)Oversee and get involved with Disciplinary Proceedings (Grievances, Desertions, Counselling, Informal And Formal Hearings)Facilitate disciplinary enquiries, appeals, grievances and CCMA casesMaintain the IR trackerAdvise employees and management on disciplinary processes and proceduresAttend CCMA when required on conciliation and AbitrationAssist with the documentation for AbitrationLiaise with Union officials and representatives when required.Co-ordinate all external referred disputes ie.
