*The Person:*
* Degree or Diploma in Information Technology.
* At least 3 Infrastructure Certifications.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar Lead IM Infrastructure role.
* A valid drivers license - travelling required.
*Key Performance Areas:*
* Maintain a productive working environment for the Infrastructure team.
* Acquire appropriate budget for development to support business goals.
* Represent the technology perspective thus being accountable for the quality of the technical deliverables.
* Research new technologies in IT/OT to introduce into the group.
* Manage large software, hardware, network and infrastructure deployment projects which include servers and operating systems.
* Manage IM infrastructure outsourced partners, infrastructure support and changes.
* Manage infrastructure continuous improvement which includes infrastructure configuring, monitoring, alerting, reporting and support.
* Manage lifestyle replacement of assets.
* Secure infrastructure security and business continuity.
* Infrastructure project management - purchasing in this area of expertise.
* Set IM Technical SLAs.
* Responsible for infrastructure diagrams.
* Adhere to company standards, policies and procedures.
* Ensure back-up and recovery systems and procedures are well defined including disaster recovery planning and testing.
* Ensure network and system uptime against SLAs.
