Conducting regular inspections and troubleshoot machinery issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions promptly.
Coordinating with production to prioritize maintenance activities without disrupting production schedules.
Maintaining inventory of spare parts and equipment, ensuring availability for maintenance and repair purposes.
Maintaining maintenance stores and workshop.
Doing regular tool checks and tool inspections.
Adhering to safety protocols and ensure that all maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Providing technical guidance and training to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Available for weekend and standby duties every third week.
Standing in for maintenance manager in his absence.
