Job Purpose:
To deliver service excellence through efficient customer service, point of sale (POS) operational activities and merchandising in store that leads to a positive customer experience.

The Shift Manager must enforce policies and procedures and offer discipline when necessary. The Shift Manager is responsible for filling out Daily Manning Sheet, which confirms the number of employees working on each shift and the particular job being performed to include training and cross training.
