Critical areas include, but are not limited to:Inventory Management - includes ordering, receiving, analysis, pricing and margin management, physical safeguards, and inventory counts.Staff Management - setting up a roster, management of roster, management of the electronic clock-in system, instilling discipline, and service quality.Facility Management - facility has a large garden, car wash, convenience shop, and public bathrooms.
