A KZN based company is seeking an enthusiastic and capable individual to coordinate sales and logistical operations for their e-commerce brand and their brick and mortar brand. The individual would be responsible for fulfilment of online sales, customer support, Commerce site management and navigation, assisting with brand growth, visual merchandising and marketing strategy. The individual will work closely with the Marketing and Digitisation Manager as well as various other personnel in the company. The individual needs to have a keen eye for trends, have a creative mind and must take initiative. This is perfect position for someone who is keen to learn and grow within a company but who also is going to bring ideas and innovate themselves. Understanding the importance of KPI’s, brand performance and attention to detail is crucial.The ideal candidate must be independent, confident and extremely organised with strong attention to detail. The role also requires someone who is willing to be flexible and solution oriented.This position offers the individual a chance to grow within the company and to work with an innovative and exciting brand that is the first of its kind in SA. The individual will need to be able to understand the nuances of the two brands they will be working with and will need to have a passion for retail, research and be willing and able to bring new ideas and strategies to the company.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage and fulfil e-commerce ordersQuality controlManage e-commerce processing and inventory fulfilmentLiaise with suppliers and ensure timely delivery end receiving of stock from suppliersAdaptable to new challengesNavigate the backend of an e-commerce siteProvide exceptional customer service via email and social mediaBe able to work alongside the relevant individuals such as web developers and other agency personnelProactively identify operational problems, suggest solutions and be able to independently resolve issuesAnalyse data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.Develop new business opportunities, solve logistical problems and produce new solutions.Customer care – Excellent written English and ability to respond to customers in a friendly and polite mannerStock takingBasic maintaining and updating elements of the website (Arranging calendar for various meetings and eventsOrdering suppliesOrganising and engaging with press requests and assisting with creating brand exposureAssistance and errands for photoshoots and other retail eventsInvoicing and bookkeeping assistance (alongside the supervision of the crediting department)Desired Experience & QualificationBachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experienceHigh computer proficiency – Canva, Adobe suiteKnowledge and understanding of social media channelsMust have excellent written, verbal and math skills.A professional who is results driven, a self-starter, customer-focused and resilient.Must be a team player and able to work with others.Pack
