I am a gentleman with, by having my National Diploma in Cost Accounting and Diploma in Accountancy, and of which during my 30 years financial accounting work experience; besides posting books up to Trial Balance on Pastel Accounting packages; I master implementing cost accounting by using Excel VBA programming, of which only a single workbook or spreadsheet will be used to let automatically update the the cost prices of goods purchased or jobs performed on different spreadsheets or workbooks, as one workbook or spreadsheet will contain the information required, and then linked to the respective workbooks or spreadsheets. This method I will also use in creating different financial reports which are converted from the accounting package report into Excel format, as well as other financial reports which must be constantly calculated.
This is done by creating macros of what must be performed, and then performed by menu buttons.
