A sunny family home located close to Beaumont Primary school and Radloff Park is available to rent, un-furnished.The main house offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, large open plan living and dining room, a fruit tree filled garden and turquoise pool on a 1000m2 property. The property also has two separate granny flats, one which is included in the main house rental (main house tenant will not be able to sublease this flat) and one which is occupied by the owner. The property also has a double garage and an outdoor storeroom, and these are not for rent, but storage space could be made available for the main house tenant if needed.The large main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and large built-in cupboards. The two smaller sunny bedrooms also have built-in cupboards and the second bathroom has a large bath, toilet, basin and shower. The kitchen has a built-in stove and gas-hob. There is a large open plan living and dining room with a fireplace for cosy winter evenings. The dining room also doubles as a sun room with its large north facing windows. The front garden is for exclusive use by the main house tenant and the back garden with the pool is shared between the tenant and the owner. There is also plenty of safe off-street parking available inside the walled property. The granny flat (studio flat with separate entrance) which is included in the main house rental is next to the pool and includes a bathroom/shower and kitchenette. There is a friendly cat living on the property so we regret no other pets allowed.What is included:- All utilities (electricity, water, sewage, refuse collection) are not included in the rent and will be shared between the main house and the owner according to historical usage patterns.- Rates and taxes are the property owner's responsibility.- Garden care and pool maintenance is included in the rent and will be done by our existing gardener.- Extra services like Fibre internet, Alarm/security, and DSTV are not included.
