The apartment is on the top floor with spectacular views in a complex with gardens (plural), a braai area, swimming pool, and laundry facilities, and no load shedding area. The gated complex has 24 hours manned security, CCTV, and a sophisticated biometric system for entry. NO smokers and it's not pet friendly.
Already, one of the bedrooms is occupied. The second bedroom, which is the largest, has views of the city, lion’s head, and table mountain ( R6,500); it is unfurnished. The third bedroom is large and faces the pool area and gardens, with a peak of table mountain ( R6,000); it is unfurnished as well. There is a strictly one occupant per room policy. Sleepovers are allowed but not for more than 3 days a week. Visitors sign in.
The kitchen comes with a fridge, washer, microwave, and built in cupboards. The bathroom is large with a shower and bathtub. A cleaning service for the entire apartment is provided once a week. It is closer to public transport, with MyCiti stations within walking distance and plenty of off street parking, and it's a safe area. Alternatively, you can rent a bay within the complex. I’m
The lease is for a minimum of six months, with a two months deposit (which can be paid over two months) that is, before occupancy, you must pay:

2x R6,000 in month 1 and in month 2.
The is a once off lease fee of R1,200 and a key fee of R300.
Wayer and wifi are included electricity is prepaid, bought collectively at the beginning of the month, and topped up when it runs out.
