Looking for someone over 50, one man or one woman, with no kids living with them, non-smoker, to share a 2 bedroomed house or ground floor garden flat with. No couples, please.I still have to find the place to rent. My current lease has expired and I am staying there, month to month, at the moment.I have most furniture, ie lounge suite, dining room table, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave etc. You would just need your own bed and fridge, and tv, if you want one in your room. I have 2 cats, so if you have a cat or two, that would also be fine.Looking at the following areas : Thornton, Tijgerhof, Milnerton, Sanddrift, Bothasig, Monte Vista, Edgemead, Rondebosch Park Estate, Mowbray, Kenilworth, Claremont. Possibly also Plumstead, where I live now, but am looking to move closer to work. Alternatively, I would consider a separate entrance or granny flat, to rent on my own. Or to rent an unfurnished room from someone, and I would then have to put most of my furniture in storage.
