Hugenote Kollege is a Christian private higher
education institution committed to academic excellence, professional
development and service to society. Applications are invited for the
appointment of a Registrar.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Registrar's Office and manage all
academic administration. Ensure the integrity of student records and
academic processes. Serve as Secretary to the Senate and relevant
governance committees. Oversee admissions, registration, assessment
administration, certification and graduation. Ensure regulatory compliance with DHET, CHE and
SAQA requirements and support institutional quality assurance. Support the Rector and institutional leadership
in strategic and governance matters.
Minimum Requirements
An appropriate NQF Level 9 qualification
(Master's degree preferred). At least 10 years' relevant experience in higher
education administration, including significant senior management
experience. Proven experience in academic administration,
regulatory compliance and quality assurance. Professional proficiency in both English and
Afrikaans. Strong leadership, organisational, administrative
and computer skills.
