with key stake holders in the approval process, and obtaining occupation
certificates as end result.

Solid experience with local
authority submissions.

Experience, education &
skills needed:

Degree in Architecture or
similar
v
Must be SACAP Registered
v
Minimum of 7 Years’
experience as an Architectural Technologist in a retail / QSR environment

Adept with Revit L.T
v
Well versed in latest council
legislation, policies & procedures
v
Skilled in managing multiple
projects through all phases from proposal through to construction
v
Strong experience in drawing
up costings, schedules & other project documentation
v
Advanced understanding of the
architectural design process and integration of interior architecture with the
ability to develop interior design element components.

Valid driver’s license &
the ability to travel for projects as needed
