The apartment is across from the beach and walking distance to Summerstrand Village Shopping Centre, Nelson Mandela University shuttle stops, Something Good Roadhouse Restaurant and the Boardwalk Mall.The apartment has hardwood floors throughout and it's furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a garden area, perfect for braais. There are leather couches, a coffee table and TV stand in the lounge but no TV as yet. There is a washing machine. It has one full bathroom (Shower-in-bathtub, sink and toilet) and a water closet (toilet).The bedroom is furnished with curtains, a comfortable double bed, built-in cupboards with lots of space and a table. The complex is safe and relatively quiet as it is largely occupied by mature students, young professionals and small families. It is not pet-friendly. Monthly rent is R5000 which is all inclusive of the room with all it's furnishings, electricity and fibre connection (40mbps up & down). There's also a UPS meaning the Fibre connection will be available during Loadshedding. The deposit is R6000.
