5. Be a person that is honest and have good sense of humour, Driven and out of the box thinker ,leadership abilities but also a tesm player , but also follow verbal and procedural instructions.
6. Most importantly stay close to the ECD or near area of ECD centre to not have transport be a issue ,as if its issue please do not apply as our times vary from early to late as we operare during parent times.Transport to and from ECD centre will be one of the deciding factors. ECD centre is based in EXT 29, Fernwood Park, Gqeberha. NO OUT OF TOWN OR RELOCATION CVS OR FAR AWAY WILL BE CONSIDERED.
