Work scope differ daily and can stretch from patch repairs on flat roofs to decorating work, plumbing/drainage, carpentry and electricity. Key responsibilities:Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance at client sites.Identify problems on first call-out and where possible offer a temporary fix or repair/complete job for client.Liaise with Help Desk in order to keep client up to date at all times.Maintain all necessary Health and Safety administration before, during and after job.Time management skills, to ascertain all times needed on a project.Complete all job reports before leaving site.Glyntree Ltd is a sponsor with the UK Home Office and if needed a work permit sponsorship can be arranged.
