Summary description:

-Overall dimensions: 34'/10.3m length and 16' 4.8m width and draft 4' (1.2m)

-Layout: 2 double bunk cabins (rear) all with brand new mattresses (Dec 2016), a 3/4 double in front (starboard) and head (toilet, shower, wash basin and wet/storage area) forward on the port side.

-Port side passage: Chart table with plentiful tool storage underneath (includes toolbox bought in 2017 and engine spares).

-Starboard side passage: Galley with 100l fridge freezer (electric) (newly installed and tested runs off solar panel loading -house boat battery), washing basin and sink, new marine cooker fitted in Dec 16 (Neptune 4500 with large and -small hobs, grill, oven and gimballs to keep pots and pans in place), ample storage for houseware and cutlery set.

-Saloon: seats 8 with brand new upholstered and Scotchguard cushions and table that can drop down to create extra sleeping spaces (2-3) and TV.

-Replaced Power Bank (Mid 2020): 1 dedicated battery for motors and a 4,6 kw 200ah battery for living quarters/houseboat. 6 new 280Wsolar panels with Epever mppt

-Lighting: LED's all round including cabins, saloon and Head. Inverter and hot water Calorifier (warm water heat exchange).

-Engines: one reconditioned Yanmar (March 2023) 15hp and one reconditioned Volvo (20hp), synchronised via Volvo synchro gear; serviced March 2023. Usage is circa 3ltrs per hour on one engine and 5-6ltrs on 2 engines. One fuel tanks with 75ltr capacity.

-Two Water tanks with 240 litre capacity.

-Cockpit (starboard) covered by 6 solar panel Bimini and the following electronic/navigational equipment:

-Garmin autopilot and 7.7' touchscreen chartplotter (GPSMAP750 with full SA mapping on USB mini chip) speed in knots etc) fully integrated for automated pilotage.

-Garmin X-HD+ Radar on mast and integrated with chartplotter for safety.

-Garmin in-hull sonar in-hull device integrated with Fishfinder to chartplotter plus standard equipment (compass, gauges etc). The chartplotter allows split screen viewing of navigation and radar or sonar.

-Safety equipment: Category B

-Cockpit transom with davits for dinghy suspension - includes hinge for outboard engine(see photo). The davits is not currently on boat because wanted more space for fishing but can be refix easily. Diving platform currently used for fishing platform.

Stackpack cover and rip were replaced in 2021 due to weather damage.
