HOW TO CONNECT THE WATCH TO THE APP

• Download the DaFit APP
• Switch on the Bluetooth on your mobile phone
• Open the app and select the watch icon in the bottom center on the screen
• Click on “ADD A DEVICE”
• Find your watch model and select it
• A message will pop up asking you to pair your phone to the watch. "ALLOW IT."
• Another message will pop up asking you to allow your phone to display notifications on your watch. "ALLOW IT."
• The watch will now be connected and the date and time will sync to your mobile phone.
• If this is not successful – then please go into the menu of the watch and select “RESET WATCH” then follow the steps above.

To avoid disappointment, please note:

– This product requires the mobile application (DaFit) to sync with your mobile device.
– This product is not compatible with Discovery Health.
