ABOUT THE JOB
Finance Clerk and Administration responsibilities include:
Verifying financial data and maintain accurate records
Supporting monetary transactions
Resolving accounting issues
Keep up an up to date working information of all resort conveniences any uncommon occasions
Dealing with a large call volume (50+/day)
Booking shuttle for clients
Must have a keen eye for detail, strong math skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently. You should also be trustworthy and an excellent communicator.
Answers approaching calls and reacts precisely to request with respect to hours of operation, movement portrayals, occasion areas and other common data
Returns calls cleared out on division voicemail framework
Creates, organizes and manages various reservation books
Follows set criteria to ensure proper and consistent reservations
Process receipts, cheques, bills, and other paperwork.
Make sure that every document is disseminated and signed correctly.
Check the accuracy of the financial and other data, such as tax ID numbers.
Keep an eye on your financial transactions.
Record information and keep records up to date.
Help with the reconciliation of accounts
Interact with suppliers, clients, and coworkers.
Qualifications for Admin Finance and Clerk
On event, associated with a mortgage holder either over the phone or through e-mail who may have questions approximately a reservation, articulation or other concerns
Information of Expressions, Attire Coach, Micros and any other computer program utilized by the division
May require sitting before , and working, a computer for expanded periods
Requires near visual sharpness when working a computer
Must be able to drive an engine vehicle
Must be able to communicate with others and comprehend verbal informational
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial transactions
Familiarity with financial regulations, i.e. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Knowledge of MS Office and databases
Attention to detail
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reliability and strong work ethics
Ability to solve problems
High school diploma or equivalent
