Looking for warehouse space in Richardsbay

We are looking for vacant warehouse space with yard for loading in Richards Bay, Empangeni in the Industrial Hub or trucking route.

The client has branches in Johannesburg, Namibia, Mozambique, they do the spares for the large truck trailers, so they need yard space for the trucks, they do the repairs for the truck haulers transporting new cars as well.

The size required is from 500m² to 800m², but if we find anything large, we can put it forward to them, Kobie can possible check the site with the client if required
