Southern Gymnastics Club was established in 2007. Our Gymnastics Club is a family business and has been in the industry for over 40 years. We have a team of highly qualified coaches with many years of experience coaching beginners up to Springbok level. We are registered with the WCGA(Western Cape Gymnastics Association) and SAGF(South African Gymnastics Federation). We coach artistic gymnastics for girls aged 5 years to 14 years. It promotes physical activity, gets people in shape, boosts confidence, enhances coordination and fosters relationships that have the potential to last a lifetime.Our classes are from beginner level all the way to high-level competitive gymnastics classes.
