Payment of 50% deposit to confirm your booking and the balance to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of premature departure, we may charge for the full original booking. Cancellation 6 weeks before the date of arrival or no-show - visitor forfeits 50% of the amount paid. Cancellations less than 6 weeks forfeits full value. Public / School holiday bookings not cancelled 6 weeks prior to arrival forfeit full value.

Umkomaas is approximately 35 minutes away from Durban and approximately 55 minutes away from Port Shepstone... Best of both worlds!! Its neighbouring towns are Scottburgh and Amanzimtoti, which as well, are fully fledged towns for your convenience. Investing in these areas is well worth it!!
