The unit is available for 1 month up to 3 months. This could be reviewed and extended if agreed by both parties. It is suitable for a single person or a couple. Not suitable for more than 2 people. There is a patio with a bra area. The unit has a separate entrance, with safe off-street parking for 1 vehicle. No smoking in the unit, although you can smoke on the patio. Price includes water, but electricity and gas for the geyser for own account. There is a prepaid meter installed. One months rent to be paid as a deposit, which will be returned at the end of the rental period, unless there are any damages or when the agreement is broken. Rental to be paid before or on the 1st of every month. Notice period is one month.
