VACANCY:  Control Room Operator

Security company situated in the southern suburbs of Cape Town currently has a vacancy for a CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR subject to the following requirements:-

* PSIRA registered (Grade C);

* Computer literate with experience in monitoring alarms and CCTV cameras;
* Well spoken and bilingual (English & Afrikaans);
* Residing in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town;
* Able to work shifts (day and night).

The position involves the following:-

* Monitoring of alarms and CCTV cameras;
* Liaising with clients telephonically;
* Dispatch of armed response personnel when necessary;
* Two way radio communication with response and guarding personnel;

* Administrative duties relating to control room practice and procedure.

Training on software will be provided where necessary
