This job opportunity involves selling of Old Mutual Group Schemes products in the Retail Mass Market to mainly Harvest Moon clients as well as private clients in the Western Cape Region. We require financial advisors with sales experience within the industry. The successful incumbent will offer information to clients to help better understand the best cover to suit their respective needs.

Requirements:

• Reliable laptop or Tablet and Cell Phone
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

Criteria:

• Grade 12 Compulsory
• A clear criminal and credit check
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good networking skills
• FAIS Accreditation an advantage (RE5, NQF4/5, COB and completed CPD hours)
• 3 years working experience (Preferably in Financial Services Industry)
• Remuneration on Commission basis only

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contacting clients and setting up meetings
• Conduct reviews of clients’ financial circumstances and future goals
• Analyzing information and discuss plans best suited to the individual’s needs
• Assisting clients to make informed decisions on products
• Continued after sales assistance to the client and Provide exceptional customer services
• Doing product presentations at clients’ worksites
• Keeping up to date with financial products and legislation
• Achieve sales targets set out by the Insurance Key Individual
• Ensure all associated financial services administration is completed effectively to meet the group's compliance and regulatory requirements
