Job Responsibilities:
To achieve the agreed sales targets for both new business and existing customers on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, including targets for number of various parts sold as well as profitability margins achieved.
To ensure all possible sales transactions by customers are channeled via our B2B electronic catalogue.
To act as the company brand ambassador through daily interaction with customers by planning, coordinating and executing all marketing events, demos and training to relevant stakeholders in a professional manner according to the agreed schedule or business need.
To keep up-to-date with market trends by continuously conducting market research including media, competitor activities, industry trends and establishing a clear understanding of the customers business needs in order to identify opportunities, increase sales and grow the business in line with agreed targets (all this information must be recorded and captured on the Group CRM system).
To ensure overall data integrity in all administration and reporting required for the role and submit relevant and accurate documentation within the agreed time frames to allow for business decision making.
To continuously educate the customers on the available products and benefits thereof to improve market penetration and drive overall sales and growth.
To build effective business relationships with all relevant stakeholders in order to grow sustainable business, improve market share and achieve sales targets for the company
To ensure overall customer satisfaction in service delivery by resolving queries timeously and dealing with customer complaints in a professional and prompt manner, thereby upholding the brand and ensuring continuity of business.
To ensure effective communication of relevant information to all stakeholders to support effective decisions making for the business.
Job Requirements:
Grade 12
Post Matric Certificate in Sales and Marketing Management
3 years experience in a similar sales role
3 years experience in an Automotive or similar industry
Experience in coordinating marketing initiatives
Knowledge of the automotive industry
Knowledge of the CPA (Customer Protection Act) and all relevant, current and new applicable legislation.

Job Responsibilities:
Ensuring Accurate Deliveries:
Verify Shipments: The checking of incoming shipments against purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices to ensure that the correct items and quantities have been received.
Inspect Goods: The inspecting of the goods for any visible damage, defects, or inconsistencies and ensuring that they meet quality standards as agreed per the PPAPs and the Company Group Quality Manual.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain Records: The keeping accurate records of what has been received, noting any discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
Coordinate with Other Departments: providing the relevant departments (like purchasing, production, quality, and finance) with documentation related to deliveries via Docbox, RDS App, RIMS & Syspro.
Managing Inventory:
Inventory Updates: ensuring that inventory levels are updated in the company’s system via timeous receipting (GRNing) and Issuing ( Transfers & Expense issues) ensuring all IC’s are up to date.
Storage: Overseeing the proper storage of components, making sure that items are stored safely and in accordance with their requirements, ensuring preservation to prevent rust and obsolescence.
Stock counts & Monthly Cycle counts: Carrying out efficient and accurate inventory counts to support lean and efficient material call off to eliminate waste though damage and expiry (rust) of stock
Problem Resolution:
Handle Discrepancies: If there are issues with a shipment (wrong items, damage, or missing goods), communicating with suppliers and arranges for returns or replacements via Company’s RDS process plus the safe keeping and return of Trenstar cages to prevent loss and limit financial risk to the business.
Supplier Relations: By working closely with suppliers to resolve delivery issues and improve the receiving process and providing information for scars and
Compliance and Safety:
Health & Safety: Ensuring that safety protocols are followed during the receiving and handling of goods to prevent accidents or damage, both to staff and to equipment. This includes the maintenance of warehousing equipment such as jacks and forklifts.
Compliance: They ensure that all receiving processes comply with company policies and legal regulations, including customs if applicable.
Team Management:
Supervising Receiving Staff: Overseeing and supervising the team and their work, ensuring efficient workflow and training staff on best practices. This includes fairly distributing the work and ensuring the warehouse and individual cadences align and support the operational and administration requirements
Performance Management: By collating data for both supplier and team performance measurement for counselling and continuous improvement.
