Leading Projects company seeks an experienced Execu utive Business Sales Representatives for Durban and surrounding areas.


Sales executive is responsible for helping build up the business by identifying new business prospects and selling solutions to them. The must maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients.


Candidate must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, Business sales experience (advantageous) be able to measure and quote customers accurately.


Duties and Responsibilities
• Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services. • Make telephone calls and in-person visits to prospective customers including presentations.
• Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for prospective customers according to company standards. • Analyze the territory/markets’ potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the company. • Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the return on time investment for the territory/segment.
This description is a general statement of required major duties and responsibilities performed on a regular and continuous basis. It does not exclude other duties as assigned. Skills and Attributes
• Excellent telephonic and face to face customer skills • Presentable • Excellent presentation, planning and organizational skills • Self-driven, motivated, innovative and a team player.

Sales Opportunities Creation Identify potential clients.


Some of our services that our Business sales reps will be expected to generate new businesses/ Clients on:


Construction work, Bricklaying/ renovation, plumbing, electricians work, welding, carpentry (built-ins, ceiling, etc.), painting, paving & retaining walls, landscaping, air conditioning maintenance and installations, solar installations.


Maintenance and all above mentioned services for


1.Both local and government Schools, Manufactures, Factories

2. Complex buildings/ Flats/ buildings

3. Industrials maintenance


We do not offer basic salary, you write your own cheque, your commission is not limited, you only limit yourself, bigger the business you bring in, the bigger your salary, the smaller the business you close or bring in, there is your salary.
