We are a US based company, now opening branches in South Africa. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Virtual Assistant to provide support and assistance to our team remotely. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently while effectively managing multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible. -
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
• Assist in managing email correspondence, responding to inquiries, and receiving local payments.
Requirements:
• A minimum of a Matric qualification.
• You must be a South African Citizen.
• You must have a current laptop and smartphone.
• A South African Bank Account.
• A clear criminal and credit record is essential.
• A business/entrepreneurial mindset is required.
• Strong networking skills and a solid network are necessary.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are a must.
