Plumbing manager required

Manager position available for an established company. Position requirements: * Must be qualified with at least 5yrs post trade, work experience ( registered with institutions advantageous) *Knowledge of all plumbing work, maintenance and construction. * Knowledge of plumbing sans codes * Leak detection Knowledge and experience * Solar installation experience * Managerial experience * Health and safety procedures Must have; > Valid drivers license and own vehicle > Valid qualification papers > Must be computer literate > Be able to do admin and paperwork > Knowledge of tenders and quotes > Understanding of property plans > Be able to work after hours and weekends > Be of sober habbit > Must live in East London > Must be over 25 years old Salary and benefits to be discussed.
