Sceletium Tortuosum also known as Kanna. Amazing natural product (plant derived) for relieving abdominal pain, hunger and to enhance mood. More recently, it has attracted wider scientific attention for its potential in the treatment for depression and anxiety, to promote well-being, and provide stress relief.

FYI:

- a size 0 capsule holds about 500mg (0.5g) and a size 00 capsule holds about 735mg (0.735g) of Sceletium powder.

- You will need approximately 200 size 0 capsules or 137 size 00 capsules per 100g of Sceletium.

- Capsules are available in white, transparent and various other colours;

- Sizes 00, 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4;

- Gelatin or veggie (Hpmc / vegan friendly);

- Come in packs of 500, 1000, 2500, 6000, 10 000, 12 500, 15 000, 20 000, 25 000, 30 000, 35 000 or a full box (75 000 to 100 000 depending on size of capsule);
