SUPERVISOR MAINTENANCE

SUPERVISOR MAINTENANCE Kudu Private Nature Reserve is situated in the Mpumalanga Province about 12 kilometres from Lydenburg and 48 kilometres from Burgersfort. The successful applicant will report to the General Manager. Job Purpose: Ensure that all maintenance is effectively carried out to meet the company objectives. Minimum Educational Requirements: Qualified Electrician with a N3 or higher certificate and a Wireman`s Licence and/or an alternate electrical qualification that meets the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act no. 85 of 1993). Experience (including but not limited to):•3 Years` experience as a qualified Electrician•3 Years` experience in High Tension electrical supply•5 Years` experience in general maintenance practices. Knowledge and understanding of:•Electrical power supply maintenance requirements for 3300v and 230v•General maintenance for all electrical systems•General maintenance requirements for farm vehicles and equipment•Water reticulation systems•Maintenance of vehicles and equipment. Knowledge in addition to work experience:•Farm Operations•Game Farming Operations•Residential Estate Living. Skills in addition to work experience:•Planning and organising•People skills•Communication skills•Interpersonal skills and conflict management•Project management•Time management•Vehicle recovery skills.
