Administrative assistant
Reason for Reporting
Vehicle World, a brand new company is looking for an experienced assistant manager and office administrator to join our new team.
Working hours are Mon to Fri from 7.30am till 17.00. Sat 8am till 12:30pm.
Key duties.
Duties :
Administrative Support:
· Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
· Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and other communication.
· Prepare and distribute documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
· Delegate tasks to mechanic
· Sourcing service and repair parts for customer vehicles.
Data Management:
· Maintain accurate records and databases related to financial documents, inventory, and customer information.
· Assist with data entry, analysis, and reporting as required.
· QuickBooks experience
Customer Service:
· Provide exceptional customer service to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
· Booking customers in and capturing information accurately.
· Excellent communication skills
· Team player
· Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
. Confidentiality
· Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information relating to personnel, and business strategies and operations.
· Must be trustworthy and reliable.
Experience in the automotive sector will be advantageous
English/ Afrikaans bilingual and a Valid driver’s license are essential.
Salary R7500.00 negotiable
depending on experience.
