In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base through effective lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and drive sales.
• Utilize various channels such as social media, email marketing, and networking events to generate leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively nurtured and converted into sales opportunities.
• Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate the success of lead generation efforts and make data-driven decisions.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on lead generation activities and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
• Based in the Western Cape
• Own reliable transport.
