Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Act as Personal Assistant to the CEO through well-prioritized planning and efficient administrative and secretarial support
- Answering the phone with enthusiasm for the Director
- To deal effectively and wisely with the members of all internal and external stakeholder groups
- Prepare appropriate verbal and written responses as directed by the Director
- Direct queries to the appropriate staff member of department
- Draft emails on behalf of the Director for his/her approval
- Proofread all emails and documents prepared by the Director prior to final productions and circulation
- Follow up any matters requiring a response from the Director timely.
- Recording message details
- Research and/or gather relevant data on specific directed topics to enable the Director to respond to issues and/or write reports
- Coordinate and liaise with external groups as required
- Attend meetings on behalf of the Director
- Handle project planning and management in the absence of the Directo
- Keeping record of all incoming and outgoing calls of the Director
- Faxing and e-mailing enrolments and all documentation pertaining to that
- Assist with any duties as required by Office Manager, e.g. training and logistics
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric
- Relevant diploma
- 3 years in a similar role
