Diligent and organized Medical Claims Administrator offering a proven track
record of working with an Emergency Rescue Services company, handling all their medical claims related tasks and ensuring that all claims are accurate before they are sent to the medical schemes.
Duties:
•Examining the patients report form to determine the diagnosis.
•Working out the correct ICD10 code from the patients' diagnosis.
•Working out the correct rate based on whether the patient received basic or advanced life support.
•Entering all the patients' details into the company's Excel database system
accurately to generate an invoice.
•Ensuring that all claims are accurate before they are submitted to the
medical schemes.
•Submitting all claims documents to respective Medical Aid Schemes via
Europassistance dispatch portal.
•Validate patients' data by cross referencing with original documents.
•Clear claim rejections as soon as I am notified
•Keeping and maintaining confidentiality of all company's and patients'
documents.
•Following up on Europassistance dispatch portal to see if there are errors to be corrected.
