Sales Specialist - Telecommunications

And we are on the hunt for exceptional sales talent within the telecommunications sector.Job Function :Active cold calling and direct sales through canvasing different areas in-person to prospective clientsPresent, promote and sell productsEstablish, develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers to generate new businessConducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and servicesInforming customers of new product offeringsAttending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accountsEscalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clientsCarrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviewsEnsuring relevant managers are aware of changes within clientsLiaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectivelyBase retention – attending to client needsAchieve sales target as set by the companyAchieve KPIs monthlyCustrack loading - CRMRequirementsStrong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customersMust 3-4 years Telecoms sales experience – industry experience is a mustPrevious experience working as a sales representative - traceable references and proof of sales successes (commission) Clear understanding of Business Telecoms solutions with products like PBX, Hosted PBX and ConnectivityHardworking with a strong work ethicTarget driven and competitiveMust be able to use own initiative when it comes to developing new business -think out of the boxMust have own vehicleMust have own mobile phoneBenefitsSalary negotiable CTC of up to R50k + commission (depending on experience)
