We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.



Purpose

The purpose of the Sales enablement specialist is to support and empower the Sales team to reach Learnlight' s Growth objectives. The specialist will be reporting to the Head of Sales Strategy & Enablement and will work cross-functionally to equip salespeople with the resources and tools they need to sell more effectively.

Responsibilities

General
Collaboration in cross-functional projects representing the sales team
Performance of administrative tasks to support the sales team
Provision of necessary information or tools that can support the work of the sales team
Sales Efficiency & Deal Desk Support
Support on the implementation of the sales process
Content creation for the sales team training, such as presentations, manuals, and other material
Planning, coordinating and deployment of the necessary training sales events and kick-offs
Supporting product and service launches by providing the sales team with the tools needed to understand the solution for effective sale
Support on the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, reporting and compliance
Follow up and tracking of operational initiatives with sales
Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process
Filing tender documentation and templates
Support the Head of Sales Strategy and Enablement in any projects related to the departments' function

A Creative mindset
In depth understanding of Learnlight' s products or services
Skills
Advanced level of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
C1 level of English required
Working proficiency on Spanish, Italian, French or German, highly valued
Education & Experience
Preferable Prior experience in sales training, sales support, or marketing
Preferable work experience in other departments within the language training business
Preferable Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields.
